Lush

Lush took over a multistorey building in Glasgow’s Buchannan Street to develop a large scale retail and spa facility. The existing building, which formerly provided a restaurant and office accommodation, was remodelled and fitted out to provide three floors of retail space, a spa, dedicated staff areas and space for future occupation. MPA were appointed as Quantity Surveyor to help deliver the new space against a pre-determined opening date – timed to coordinate with the closing of the existing store further along the street and to be ready for the Christmas rush!

Cartier

MPA were delighted to have been asked by iconic luxury brand Cartier to work with them on the development of a new Cartier boutique in Geneva. The project comprised the refurbishment of a multistorey shell building, including the insertion of a new staircase to link the retail areas, and integrated the watchmaking, VIP spaces and management offices. Acting as Quantity Surveyor, the project was substantially negotiated with local contractors due to the fast-track design evolution process.
