Hospitality
From initially working with Sir Terence Conran on groundbreaking restaurants such as Quaglino’s and Mezzo, we have had extensive experience in the restaurant and bar sector working with high profile restauranteurs on a number of well-known establishments. Our knowledge of these projects enables us to understand the unique challenges that they present.

Lucky Voice
MPA have acted as Project Coordinator and Quantity Surveyor on the creation of karaoke venues in Chancery Lane and Devonshire Square, London for Lucky Voice. Omorovicza
MPA were appointed by Omorovicza, the luxury skincare brand offering the best of Budapest’s curative culture in their stores and spas, as Quantity Surveyor on their prestigious project to renovate and bring into the modern day the spa originally built by the Omorovicza founders back in the 1800’s. Inspired by the lines, colours and heritage of the renowned Rácz Furdo thermal bath, this stunning building in the heat of Andrássy Avenue required materials to be sourced locally to give the store an organic feel such as the terracotta floor tiles and limestone millwork and wall cladding.
MPA were subsequently appointed again by Omorovicza to work on a new spa concept on South Audley Street, London. Using the same palette of materials, the design evoked the archways and vaulted spaces of the original Hungarian baths offering the epitome of relaxation and sophistication.
